  Took mygrand daughter there for flu symptoms, wait time was quick, the staff were efficient, concerned and took the time toexplain. Idid not feel rushed! Irecommend and will use WellNow Urgent Care next time ifthe need arises

  I’m very happy with myMedical care Ireceived. Taylor was great. Explaining myissues and treatment. I’m exceptionally happy with the online appointment process and the checkin. It’s great not having tosit for hrs inthe waiting room

  My first experience inWellNow Urgent Care— chosen due toclose proximity. Receptionist was very nice, friendly, pleasant.
  Attended tofairly promptly. Communication was very good (I have asevere hearing impairment) Physician Attendant & everyone was patient & professional.
  Nice tohave this kind offacility nearby for our healthcare!

  I set upan appointment for aprogressively violent and painful cough, amongst several other respiratory symptoms. Was taken toa room immediately oncheck-in, told adoctor would bewith meshortly, and then abandoned there for over anhour with zero updates from any staff. Icompletely understand being shorthanded, but the absolute lack ofany communication for adoctor's office isappalling.
  Followed upby a5minute appointment from the only PAon staff, where she asked mea few basic questions about mysymptoms, listened tomy lungs for aminute, and decided itwas anunknown respiratory virus. NOcovid test, NOflu test, nothing toshow what itcouldbe, just aguess based ona minute long listen tomy lungs. She offered tosend mea script for cough syrup. Wonderful.
  The best part? When I'm frustrated, Itear upbecause there's nothing Ican doto avoidit. The PAcame back with mypapers, and asked ifanything else was wrong because ofhow upset Iwas. Itoldher,no. Iwas inpain, I'm sick, I'm frustrated, and had sat here for over anhour with nocommunication from anyone. She had the AUDACTITY totalk down tome because Iwas frustrated bythe entire situation! Had aSINGLE nurse said atANY point intime that there was one doctor onstaff and itwould bea littlebit, I'd have understood. Instead they're out inthe hub giggling and chatting.
  I have nodesire toever set foot inthis location again, amconsidering the same for the entire brand. This was awaste ofmy time, mymoney, and mypatience.… – show

  Went infor aneye problem @7:15p.m. out by7:50. Notime todrink the complimentary coffee. After the intake, Iwas examined, tested, vitals done and Rxsent. PAvery thorough, knowledgeable and great communication skills.

  I went there ona Sunday morning and even atthat time they were quite busy. The staff was courteous, and efficient. Iwas seen quickly and mydiagnosis was explained thoroughly. This was myfirst experience atan urgent care center asa patient. Based onthis experience, Iwould recommend Well Now for any urgent sub-emergency medical needs.

  I had totake two ofmy children and myself all atthe same time since. The wait was very minimal, they even had free slushies and avideo game inwaiting area which was ahuge hit with the kids. They got all ofus back into aroom quick and together. All the workers were efficient, polite, and helpful. They were great with mykids and even gave them alittle snack and toy attheend. This place isthe best will never goelsewhere.
