How do I access SmartFind Express? ›

To gain access to the system, you must enter your Access ID, Password and then click on "Submit". Your "Access ID" is your EIS/File Number, without leading zeroes. If you have not yet created a Password, you must enter your Access ID and PIN, click Submit and follow the on screen instructions to create a Password.

Substitute teachers who have forgotten their PIN, or Password, must call the Kelly Education at (443) 992-4210 or contact via email at TeachBCPSKids@kellyservices.com, to have their PIN reset. Or go to SmartFind Express and select “Forgot Password” link. Please be sure to keep your PIN and Password confidential.

How do I cancel a batch job? ›

Open the batch job run that you want to cancel. Ensure that you open a batch job run that's of the type Batch. Click Cancel Run. On the confirmation window, click Cancel Run.

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Account & Billing” tab (usually found from the Profile menu in the top navigation bar). Once you are on the Account & Billing page, click the red “Cancel Account” link.
