Good location, breakfast was not provided due to Covid. Room was okay.

Very strong smell of chlorine in main building thru out hallway. But other than that great service at check in .. rooms are decent enough.. would choose this location again for my next stay in lookout mountain area

The rooms were both dirty.We took a clean, white towel and wiped the tub, it was filthy in BOTH rooms. The fire detector was hanging by the wires in one room. There was a hole in the wall by the door. “Non-Smoking” Room still smelled like smoke…When you go to a Hotel, it should smell and feel clean.I know a Red Roof Inn isn’t a Hilton….but come on guys.

The check-in staff person was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. My only problem was that the heat didn't work.

This trip was the worst trip ever! The indoor heated pool was disgusting and freezing! Free complimentary breakfast was a bowl of cereal! The housekeeping just walks in on you while you’re in the bed! The front desk people wear pajamas all day and gets attitude when you need rags and towels! We reserved the room and paid in full but when we got there they charged another $100 deposit fee that was not mentioned in the reservation! Pictures are definitely deceiving because the atmosphere and rooms were like a trap motel! Junkies walking everywhere so we had to watch our stuff constantly! I’m pretty sure housekeeping was going in our room while we were not there and going through our belongings! We also had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the outside of the door the entire trip! We will definitely not ever stay at another red roof anywhere ever again!

Everything was very good, just disappointed they didn’t have a waffle maker. Pets are free!!

It was just ok. Not great, not terrible. Walls are thin and you can hear almost everything. The housecleaning people are extremely loud in the hallways in the early morning hours. That was the biggest issue, noise. Just ok.

Got the job done as far as having a nice warm place that was clean to sleep while driving through Tennessee. I wouldnt stay longer than one night bc amentities were mehh and rooms were outdated. However I felt it was perfectly safe and acceptable for one night.

Great place to stop on a long road trip. Kids enjoyed stretching out in the pool. Staff had friendly and efficient service

The women in the front desk has cameras, which is fine. Within 10mins of arriving into the room and trying to relax from a 11hour drive she called and asked “Why are there 2 extra people with you? Why aren’t you claiming them?” Ok you need to know but did you have to be rude. I was traveling with kids for a cheer convention, they weren’t staying with me. There was a man who after the call walked passed you room for a hour looking in to see who was inside. We had the door open because it smelled. Everytime we left an came back they watched us. When we went to check out a they refused to give us the deposit until everyone was out of the room and the man looked through the room. She watched the cameras and the man had to call her on FaceTime to prove we weren’t in the room. This set us back 45mins. I don’t understand how these people own or have the right to be open. Nasty dirty and rude people. If you leave your window open the man walks by and looks in. We couldn’t get new towels until we gave them the old ones. Just a strange experience we got the room because the other things we needed to do in the area wouldn’t require us to be in the room a lot. This was horrible

The hotel was old, dilapidated, and nothing like the pictures. Not worth the price.

I like where it was at. The room was real clean. The ladies at the desk were very nice.

When I booked, I saw pictures of interior rooms, but when we checked in, we were given an exterior room. There was no way to choose if you wanted interior or exterior. Exterior rooms are always louder and not as safe.

Easy to find, easy to get downtown, nearby restaurants, clean room, hot breakfast

They tried to come in my room several times after being ask to come back
