- Demonstrates the ability to utilize proper instrument sterilization techniques.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide a safe environment and follow established safety measures
- Maintains accurate counts of supplies and instruments used during the case\u00A0

- High School Diploma (Equivalent) or Higher
- Successful Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program

- CPI required within 90 days of hire
